    OS7 Gmina Jasienica stopped after Evans going off the road

    During the second Saturday loop of the Rally Silesia, on the Gmina Jasienica Special Stage, crew number 8 (Meirion Evans/Jonathan Jackson) went off the track, collecting a roadside pole on their way. The competitors emerged from the incident unharmed and left the car on their own. No fans or spectators were injured

    Franceschi fastest on qualifying stage

    Mathieu Franceschi scored the best time in the qualifying stage of the Silesian Rally. On the 3.05 km route, the runner-up of the European Championship standings was 1.1 seconds faster than Andrea Mabellini and 1.3 seconds faster than Miko Marczyk. The fourth time belongs to ERC leader Hayden Paddon and Jon Armstrong (+1.6 seconds).

    Rally Silesia in 2024 FIA ERC calendar

    The FIA World Motor Sport Council (WMSC) has approved the calendar of the 2024 European Rally Championship. Rally Silesia has been included in series schedule for the first time in history. The event will be held as eighth and final round of the championship on 11-13th of October 2024.
